Across the country, Feb. 2 is known as Groundhog Day, Filbert has been at the zoo in Portland since 2011, but became the resident furry forecaster in 2020. Last year Filbert, a.k.a Portland doesn't have a famous groundhog but we do have Filbert the beaver. On Groundhog Day 2023, the zoo and Portland turned to Fil’s expertise to predict whether there will be six more Don’t put those mittens away just yet.
