These could be a follow up to a read aloud or to a graphing activity. Make Groundhog Day predictions with your students! Will Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow? Your students will predict whether spring will come early or Make Groundhog Day predictions together and display them on an anchor chart then discover whether the groundhog sees his shadow or not. This interactive activity allows your students to participate in the tradition of predicting whether spring will arrive early or if there will be 6 more weeks of winter.
