NO RV's, NO Buses other than ones given permission from Groundhog Club, no party b On Groundhog Day, all roads to the Knob are closed to vehicular traffic to free up access by a fleet of buses that transport visitors. So, access to the Knob is by bus only, unless you have one of the limited number of official Parking Passes. Barclay Square: Parking available on the streets and in public parking lots downtown.
