The Groundhog Day celebration is organized by the “ Inner Circle ” of the town’s “Groundhog Club.” These tuxedoed men in top hats conduct the annual event and take care of the groundhog Punxsutawney Phil all year round. Buses to Gobbler’s Knob will run continuously from 3 a.m. until 2 p.m. from and returning to the following locations: Barclay Square: Parking available on the streets and in public parking lots downtown.
